I started at Rogers 11 years ago as an accountant and had the opportunity to move to a number of roles and got a few promotions along the way. Rogers promotes internally and invests big in staff development.

I see the result of my day to day work in Canadian’s lives. We spend hours on projects like Ignite and when it launches you see your neighbour and family using it – the experience is very rewarding.
I proudly joined the digital team in 2017, although I have worked for Fido for 15 years! I chose to move to Digital from Care because I wanted to apply all of my customer service/experience & care strategy knowledge to the servicing channel of the future.
I have a passion for making a difference and improving how our customers do business with us – I strive to make transactions easier and more meaningful to our customers. I am incredibly proud to be part of the team which launched the Solaris/Rogers Ignite TV buy and serve flows to our customers this year. I am looking forward to delivering additional features and changes to this product which will give our customers the best possible online experience. Being able to deliver functionality which benefits our customers’ needs and creates a great experience for them is a goal I always have in mind. I can proudly say that working on this team gives me the opportunity to do that as I get to work with folks from across Digital who are creative and spirited about what we deliver to our customers.
I love working for Rogers Digital because out of all the different business units across the organization, Digital has the opportunity to have the biggest impact on the overall experience of our Consumer and Enterprise customers. Rogers Digital leads a number of projects of varying scale, impact and complexity, but the way in which we deliver it is through the amazing people on our team. I’m fortunate to have a rock star team (!), and work with many smart people who help us push new boundaries every day.
I began my career at Rogers over 2 years ago with a passion for delighting our customers with great digital products. I am honoured for the opportunity to grow as a Product Manager to drive improvements that reflect in our app reviews. The best part of my day is working with different cross-functional team members that reflect the benefits of the business & technology partnership.
